Lansing Foodies ambassadors club

We created the Lansing Foodies Ambassadors Club to support local businesses and encourage Lansing Foodies members to try the best dishes the Lansing, Michigan area offers.

How to join the club

To become a Lansing Foodies Ambassador, you must try and have your picture taken with 15 of the items listed below. Once you've had your picture taken with 15 of the food items, you can apply to be an LF Ambassador by posting all 15 photos in one post in the Lansing Foodies Facebook group. Then, Lansing Foodies founder James Brains will confirm you have met the requirements and bestow the honor of LF Ambassador on you.

What do LF Ambassadors get?

You will be featured in the list above, you’ll have bragging rights, other benefits we haven’t thought up yet, and we will give you a free Lansing Foodies Ambassadors shirt!

But, I have dietary restrictions. Don’t I get to participate?

First of all, we encourage you to prioritize the options that meet your dietary needs. The goal is for you to get as close to each dish’s intended experience as possible, but we will allow you to get modifications to the food item – as long as the restaurant allows it. We want everyone to experience the best that Lansing has to offer on the terms they’re comfortable with.

Why isn’t XYZ dish on the list?

This list was compiled based on thousands of votes by members of the Lansing Foodies Facebook group. This is not a static list. We will add dishes as time goes on and the local cuisine evolves.
