It started with a Facebook group
Lansing Foodies is a positive, inclusive online and in-person community for people who love food in Mid-Michigan. We currently have more than 60,000 members in our Facebook group and are growing every day.
Our love of food guides us
We're Erin and James Brains. We created Lansing Foodies in 2017 because we wanted to find the best food in the area, and there were no good resources at the time. Since creating the community, we’ve become the number one resource for all things food in Mid-Michigan. And, we’re now working to put on the second annual Olive Burger Festival this October 2024.
Our goal is to celebrate Lansing
We want to celebrate and uplift the local food scene and make plucky little Lansing a must-visit destination for food lovers. We do this through events, restaurant recommendations, resources for people in need, and partnering with local restaurants and businesses to get the word out about their goods.
